Linda R. Judge
Linda R. Judge has broad responsibility for legal matters at LS9. Most recently, she was Vice President of Intellectual Property at AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a pharmaceutical and medical device company, where she was responsible for intellectual property matters, drafting and revising agreements, conducting diligence and freedom-to-operate evaluations of relevant technologies, contributing to strategy regarding clinical and product development plans and oversight of general legal issues.

Before joining AcelRx, Ms. Judge was a partner in the Intellectual Property law practice of DLA Piper US LLP where she worked on patent, licensing and litigation matters. Prior to that Ms. Judge was Director of Intellectual Property at Cell Genesys, Inc., a cancer therapeutics company. She also brings over 11 years of scientific experience in the laboratory setting as both a bench scientist and in a management capacity.
Ms. Judge has a J.D. from Santa Clara University, and an M.S. in Environmental Chemistry from U.C. Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in California and is a registered Patent Attorney before the US Patent & Trademark Office.
